Wednesday Morning, July 26

Hello everyone,

It has been a while since we last wrote, and we wanted to let you know that all is well, and also to include a few more pictures. But not much "new" has happened since the time of our last writing, so we'll make this entry short.

We did enjoy visiting the Livoberezhna church on the Left Bank of Kyiv on Sunday. It was a service conducted completely in Ukrainian and Russian ... with no English being spoken, except by those talking to us before and after the assembly. Needless to say it was challenging for us in more than one way, but very encouraging to attend. It was good to have the opportunity to hear Roman preach. We are very impressed with his heart, and abilities.

A group from the church invited us to go out boating and picnicing with them on the Dnipro River, but we opted out, as the thought of Abbie in a confined space for any further period of time on Sunday was more than we could handle! It would have been a great opportunity to get to know more people from this congregation. We only hope that our refusal didn't send the wrong message.

Thanks for your continued interest and prayers,
The Broadways

Hey,
I can imagine that you are feeling the press of time about now. The first half has gone by very quickly, hasn't it? Sounds like you've been doing some good work there and making many contacts for the Lord. We are looking forward to hearing all about it "close up" in Aug. May the Lord continue to bless you and watch over all your comings and goings.
Love you guys.....

thanks so much for keeping us informed, I can hardly believe it's almost a year that we were there. Are you impressed with the wide main streets? Have you visited the big market yet were you have to go up witn an incline? Hope you can catch Genna and meet his family, their daughter Vika (her cousin, Sarah says) will be 5 on Aug 3rd. hugs & prayers always.
